WHAT WE CHECK
Reviewed against your original photos.
We compare the generated shots with the source images, check the edit and confirm that the property information matches your brief.
Architecture and furnishings
We check the generated motion for changes to walls, windows, furniture and other visible features. Shots that misrepresent the property are revised or removed.
Branding and property details
We use your logo, approved listing information and agreed contact details.
Format and delivery
We agree the aspect ratio and intended channels before production, then deliver the final MP4 in that format.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before we begin.
What do I need to provide?
Clear, original property photographs, confirmed listing details, your logo if you have one, and your preferred call to action. You must have permission to use and edit the images. We assess the photos before confirming the project.
Do you film at the property?
This service starts with the photographs you already have. A new on-site shoot is not required. If you also have video footage, tell us about it in your brief.
How is AI used?
AI can add camera motion to still photographs. We select, edit and review the results. It is a creative presentation of the source photographs, not a measured 3D tour or a guarantee of the exact layout.
How long will my project take?
We confirm a delivery date after reviewing your photos and scope. Production begins once the brief, material and payment are agreed. Any additional formats or revisions are discussed before extra work starts.
Can I request changes?
The Property Video includes one consolidated round of revision feedback. Changes beyond the agreed brief, extra versions or new source material may need a separate quote.
Where can I use the finished film?
On your website, property listings and social channels where video is supported. We agree the format and usage at the start. Advertising spend, campaign management and third-party platform fees are not included.
Can you work in English and Portuguese?
Yes. Share the audience and language you need. English and European Portuguese copy can be included in the agreed scope, with additional versions quoted when required.
What does image enhancement include?
Each €49 set includes 10 images with lighting, colour and contrast correction, plus perspective and sharpness adjustments. We preserve the property's real features and assess your photos before work begins. VAT is included.
What is included in the monthly plan?
For €499 per month, including VAT, you receive 5 property videos and 50 enhanced images. You can spread the content across your properties, with scheduled deliveries. The same services purchased separately would cost €990, saving you €491 per month.
